• Forged distal taper with secondary bevel.
• 52100 Sheffield made high carbon steel (Easy to sharpen).
• Extremely Sharp ‘slicey’ and tough blade.
• Length: 160mm.
HANDLE
• Locally source English Oak.
• Two tone hand painted ‘Wa’ style handle. (Food safe Milk Paint)
• Length: 125mm.

Care disclaimer & instructions:
Keep dry blade and handle dry after use and lightly oil when necessary, the carbon steel will patina over time and use which is normal. Sharpen using a whetstone when required.
Milk paint may wear in high contact areas over time which will retain a beautiful rustic look.
